We focus on quality dental care, excellent customer service, and a relaxing environment. During your initial appointment, we will assess the condition of your oral health and create a dental plan based on your unique needs. Your first visit typically includes:
- A friendly welcome and a short review of your health history, medications, and any concerns
- A conversation about your oral hygiene routine and goals for your smile
- A professional cleaning with one of our licensed hygienists
- A complete exam with Dr. Steve Duke or Dr. Craig Van Alfen
- Clear recommendations and next steps, explained in plain language
Most new patient exams take about one hour. We schedule new patients about 20 minutes early so there is time to complete any remaining paperwork.
What to Bring
To help your first appointment go smoothly, please bring your medical and dental insurance cards, a photo ID, the names of your medical doctors, a list of medications and allergies, and your completed new patient forms.
